but I was trying to make a point in the fact that other then that facility you have to go back to the 50's to find groth in the industry that was keeping up with demand by building new refineries, there ofcourse have been upgrades and smaller specialty facilities built since the 50's, but demand has grown far faster then production. 1 Large facility in the last 50 years would have probalby been a better statement.
